The Caribbean is well-known for its beautiful beaches, stunning coves, world-class snorkelling and exotic blends of rum, but the British Virgin Islands is something of a hidden gem. The sailing conditions are absolutely ideal, and the government has banned the use of jet-skis which so often blight other more commercialised island chains.
There are many places to visit whilst sailing around the BVI. Our favourite places are in Tortola (or Beef Island) which has a particularly laid-back feel, Peter Island for a spot of swimming, snorkelling or diving and the island of Anegada, a stunning coral island.
Of course the best way to explore the BVI is sailing on the Necker Belle, our luxury catamaran, in the capable hands of its seven crew members. To find out more about staying aboard the Necker Belle click here
